Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Possessed FX manufactured products have a warranty period of 16 months from the original date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Returns for cash or credit are valid only for 30 days following the purchase for stock items and 30 days from receipt of purchase for custom manufactured items. Exchanges are only following the issue of an RMA within the first 90 days following the purchase for stock items or first 90 days after receipt of purchase for custom manufactured items. Items must be in new condition, only, for all returns and exchanges. Possessed FX reserves the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 25% at any time and for any reason. Warranty exchange only for the same product is possible beyond 90 days from purchase. Any item listed as “non-inventory,” on your receipt or estimate are also not returnable at any time or for any reason.
The warranty covers parts that have been determined defective due to manufacturing or material defects and will be replaced or repaired. The replaced or repaired part(s) do not affect the warranty and the warranty will still expire 16 months from the original date of purchase. Damaged parts will not be returned. Any further legal claims, in particular those for compensation for direct or indirect damages, are excluded from the warranty.
The customer shall pay all shipping costs to and from Possessed FX should there be a need for parts to be repaired or replaced. The transport of the unit is at the risk of the customer.
If a repair order was issued, but no fault could be detected, we reserve the right to charge service and diagnostic fees.
Excluded from the warranty are:
Damage caused by errors in installation.
Damage caused by tampering with the device by persons not expressly authorized by Possessed FX.
Failure to follow the instructions we provide or use of non-approved parts.
Damage caused by negligent handling, misuse, or improper use.
Damage from natural causes such as fire, lightening, water damage, etc.
Items listed on invoices which are not paid in full.
Service or installation labor in the absence of an over-riding service contract.
